Osirus currently supports more than 100 individual products in the North American market through call centre management, e-commerce solutions, parts ordering and fulfilment, and repair depot services. Our call centre currently manages upwards of 80,000 calls a year, while our fulfillment centre processed 30,000 orders in 2009, half of which were processed through online stores.
